The video posted by diplomat Mohamed Safa on social networks immediately went viral and it clearly shows how a woman from Ireland, in a gymnastics competition where girls participated, leaves one without a medal. The reason: the color of the girl's skin.

Diplomat Mohamed Safa released a video from a girls' gymnastics competition held a year ago in Ireland, which clearly shows a certain woman awarding medals deliberately leaving one of the girls without a medal. 

The woman put medals around everyone's necks, but when she came to a girl whose skin color was black, she overcame her. At the end of the video, you can see how the girl waits all the time to receive the medal.

This shameful, racist gesture did not go unnoticed, among the many reactions was that of Simone Biles, one of the best gymnasts of all time. 

"When this video started circulating, her parents contacted me. I was heartbroken when I saw it, so I sent her a little clip. There is no place for racism in any sport or in general," Biles wrote./ CNA
