A teenager has died after crashing his motorbike while being chased by officers in central London.

The 18-year-old who died was traveling together with the 17-year-old passenger on the motorcycle. One moment they passed the red traffic light. After the police noticed the violation, they were pursued.

The taxi was trying to escape from the police when the 18-year-old lost control and collided with a taxi on Oxford Street.
