The 23rd attempt to constitute the ninth legislature of the Assembly has also failed. In the next attempt, the coalition of the Vetevendosje Movement, the Guxo List and the Alternative did not manage to form the Commission for the secret ballot of the Speaker of Parliament.
The previous opposition parties did not support the Vetëvendosje Movement's proposal for a secret ballot today either.

55 MPs voted in favor of the secret ballot committee vote for the Speaker of Parliament, one vote against and no abstentions.
