Earthquake in Morocco/ The number of victims and injured is increasing

The number of victims and injured is increasing after the strong earthquake, 6.8 in Morocco.

According to CNN, the number of victims has reached 632, while 329 people have been injured.

50 people are in critical condition.

On the other hand, many countries have expressed their willingness to help Morocco after the disaster.

The United Nations is ready to help the Moroccan government after the strong earthquake that hit the country, the organization announced on Saturday.

"The Secretary General expresses his solidarity with the government and people of Morocco in these difficult times. He sends his most sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wishes a speedy recovery to the injured," the statement said.

Rescue teams in Morocco are having difficulty reaching the areas most affected by Friday night's earthquake because nearby roads are damaged and blocked./ CNA
