Russia's massive attacks on Ukraine/ Minister Hoxha: Serious violation of

Foreign Minister Ferit Hoxha has reacted to Russia's recent massive attacks on Ukraine.

Hoxha has strongly condemned the attacks, saying that a serious violation of international humanitarian law has been committed.

He also emphasized support for Ukraine.

"We condemn in the strongest terms the latest wave of Russian attacks against Ukraine, during which drones and missiles hit civilian areas, causing the tragic loss of innocent lives, including children.

We express our solidarity with the victims, the wounded and their families, who continue to face the devastating human consequences of this unjustifiable war.

These repeated and ongoing indiscriminate attacks against civilians and critical infrastructure are unacceptable and constitute a serious violation of international humanitarian law. They must end immediately.

"Albania reaffirms its unwavering support for Ukraine and its people. Sustained international support for Ukraine, increasing pressure on Russia to end these attacks, and ensuring full accountability for all violations of international law, remain essential for the protection of civilians and for maintaining peace and security in Europe," stressed Minister Hoxha./ CNA
