Humbjet e opozitës në betejën me SPAK-un

Sot mediat raportuan se GJKKO kishte dhënë masë sigurie ndaj zëvendëskryeministres Belinda Balluku, pas kërkesës së prokurorit të SPAK-ut, Dritan Prençi, njeriu që fle mbi dosjen e inceneratorëve. Masat e dhëna nga GJKKO e pezullojnë Ballukun nga detyra dhe i ndalojnë lëvizjen jashtë shtetit.

Goditjet e forta të SPAK-ut ndaj mazhorancës kanë filluar me shumë zyrtarë të lartë të qeverisë, drejtues bashkish dhe kulmuan me arrestimin e Erion Veliajt.

Ish-zëvendëskryeministri Arben Ahmetaj u mor i pandehur, por akuzat e tij dhe veprimet rrodhën pasi e kishte lënë detyrën. Kryebashkiaku Erion Veliaj u arrestua në detyrë, dhe ai duke prishur provat.

Ndërsa në rastin e zonjës Balluku pretendohet se duke qenë në detyrë mund të cenojë dëshmitarët dhe procesin hetimor.

SPAK-u, në fakt, ka çuar në qeli edhe ish-ministrin Lefter Koka, ish-ministrin Ilir Beqaj, ish-zyrtarë të lartë, shumë kryetarë bashkish, ish-kreun e Bashkisë së Durrësit, Vangjush Dako etj. Njerëz me peshë në politikën e Partisë Socialiste dhe mazhorancës.

Ajo që ndodh është se SPAK-u godet pushtetin, por nuk humbet mazhoranca dhe qeveria, pra PS-ja, por humbet opozita.

Dhe dje, si kryeministri Edi Rama, ashtu edhe zëvendëskryeministrja Belinda Balluku, gjatë qëndrimeve të tyre thanë se e mbështesnin reformën në drejtësi dhe do ta linin drejtësinë të bënte punën. Nuk do të përbaltnin prokurorët dhe të sulmonin drejtësinë.

Ndryshe nga sa bëri Erion Veliaj, që përdori instrumentet e tij për të sulmuar prokurorin Ols Dado, SPAK-un, gjyqtarët e GJKKO-së, etj.

Kështu kanë bërë dhe shumë nga personat e tjerë të marrë nën akuzë, duke u hedhur në sulme ndaj prokurorëve dhe gjyqtarëve. Pra, njerëzit e mazhorancës kanë dashur të mbrohen duke sulmuar, por më domethënës është fakti se opozita nuk po fiton asgjë.

Del Berisha dhe thotë Altin Troplini, nga ana tjetër i fut dhe një gënjeshtër me disa miliona euro duke përfshirë dhe shoferin, dhe “fitoret” e Berishës janë zero.

Del Ilir Meta dhe e quan prokurori politike, gjyqtarë politikë, sulme dhe akuza në inat e sipër, “fitorja” zero me bisht, maksimumi ka lumturuar një kallëp si Tedi Blushi.

Pra, dy krerët kryesorë të opozitës, të cilët janë nën akuzë, sillen njësoj si Erion Veliaj dhe shumica e pushtetarëve të sotëm. Në qëndrimet ndaj SPAK-ut janë njësoj, edhe vetë kryeministri Rama u bashkua me ta disa kohë, por shpejt lëvizi trajektoren.

With attacks, accusations, insults and slander against SPAK and the prosecutors, both Dr. Berisha and Ilir Meta and many of their media instruments, "catch and drop SPAK", "catch and drop prosecutors", the conclusion is that SPAK massively attacks the government, the opposition "is a straw man".

Would the opposition benefit more if it waged a real moral battle with facts and not fictions against certain individuals within SPAK or justice structures?

While prosecutors are picking on Rama's officials, ministers, deputy prime ministers. The opposition is not winning anything. Because it has chosen the wrong battle, accusations and attacks against SPAK and not a real moral battle.

The only request that the DP has, and apparently the doctor's, is for SPAK to arrest Edi Rama and for the DP with Saliu to come to power.

This will never happen! Even if SPAK investigates Edi Rama and whatever happens to Edi Rama, the DP will not come to power with the people it has humiliated, with this mentality it has, advocating corruption and thieves of power.

It is a past that Albanians are systematically showing that they consider it as such.

The more the government is hit, the more the opposition shrinks, because it has not known how to have a different approach towards SPAK, and with the attacks it often seems as if it is in league with the government.

What would happen if the DP and the opposition had a different attitude towards SPAK, prosecutors and the GJKKO? And if they didn't look down on themselves and their own noses, but really supported justice reform. Really supported honest and uncorrupted officials. Really supported prosecutors who fought corruption.

What would happen is simple, many more Albanians would support the opposition because they would say it supports the fight against corruption. But by attacking SPAK, which is cracking down on corruption in the government, the opposition simply becomes an ally of corruption and power.
