SPAK prosecutor, as Erion Veliaj's servant

In SPAK there are many prosecutors with integrity, honest people, statesmen, law enforcers, state officials who do their duty with dedication and enforce the laws of the country. But there are also those who "flirt" with politics, as the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, himself expressed in a meeting he held some time ago in Shkodra.

File after file, their names are legible. But if there is a name in SPAK, in the Special Prosecution Office, that can be called a servant of Erion Veliaj, his name is Dritan Prençi.

 

It is not a random finding, but below we will present all the arguments.

First, Dritan Prençi is the prosecutor in the Fier incinerator case. Surprisingly, Armando Subashi, the mayor of Fier, despite having committed a serious legal violation, has been overlooked in the case. He was not named as a defendant in any case, let alone thought he could be arrested and put in handcuffs.


Armando Subashi is a lawyer and, with connections through third parties, this is not without doubt, he was able to overcome his part in the Fier incinerator file and come out unscathed. The prosecutor in the case is Dritan Prençi.

In the Tirana incinerator file, the latter made public, after hundreds and hundreds of pages, thousands of other documents, Dritan Prençi built a structured criminal group for the Tirana incinerator only when he realized that CNA and certain opposition MPs would not surrender, would not be bought, would not be misused.

 

But Dritan Prençi has found a "boxing pear". He is Lefter Koka. Lefter Koka is responsible for everything. Shake Lefter Koka, shake Alqi Bllako, who is now free. Meanwhile, in the file are documents with Erion Veliaj's signature and Dritan Prençi has not yet taken him to task.


So, at least, he could have signed off on the abuse of office. But he doesn't take Dritan Prençi, he doesn't dare take on Erion Veliaj, just as he didn't dare take on Armando Subashi. He doesn't dare when he has them with papers, with signatures, with a seal.

Dritan Prençi files charges when he finds messages on his cell phone. The latest case that has accused Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku of violating equality in tenders. The evidence is based on phone SMS messages. He has found no corruption. He has found violations of equality in tenders.

Për SMS-të e një investimi gjeostrategjik, Dritan Prençi të merr të pandehur. Kurse kur gjen dokumente që akuzojnë kryetarin e Bashkisë së Tiranës, Erion Veliaj, nuk ia ngre akuzën e shpërdorimit të detyrës.



Për më tepër, sipas dokumenteve të çuara në gjykatë nga prokurorët e SPAK-ut, ka dalë dhe një kompani e lidhur direkt me Ajola Xoxën, “Meg Albania”, në kompjuterin e kësaj të fundit. Dhe sërish Dritan Prençi nuk i ngre akuzën Erion Veliajt. Ashtu sikundër nuk ia ngriti Armando Subashit. Kur i gjen me dokumente, me firma e me vula, Dritan Prençi nuk të prek me dorë. Po gjeti SMS-të, të bën namin.


Kjo është sjellja e një shërbëtori politik. Kjo është sjellja e një mercenari politik dhe ky është Dritan Prençi. Dhe këtë të fundit po ua theksojmë duke i shtuar edhe një argument. Si ka mundësi që për prokurorin Dritan Prençi nuk e shkruan asnjë rresht në mediat e ortakët e inceneratorëve? Apo mediat që ata përdorin për sulme dhe akuza ndaj kolegëve të tij, ku ngrinin dhe intriga se Dritan Prençi po sulmohej për shkak se po hetonte tunelin e Llogarasë? Nuk e ka hetuar kurrë tunelin e Llogarasë Dritan Prençi. As ka për ta hetuar kurrë dhe për ta përfunduar atë hetim. Diçka tjetër ka hetuar.

Ai ka hetuar drejtorin e ARRSH-së, Evis Berberi, të cilit ia ka gjetur SMS-të. Dhe në bazë të SMS-ve ka ngritur akuzë. Kur në fakt, është shumë e thjeshtë. Gjithkush mund t’i çojë SMS varësit të tij apo një drejtori përkatës. Por detyrën përballë ligjit e ka ai i fundit. E zbaton apo nuk e zbaton, është përgjegjësia e tij.

Por në këtë rast, Dritan Prençi e tejkalon. Shkon më lart, kërkon të marrë një ministër. Për çfarë? Për shkelje të barazisë në tenderë. Ndërkohë, shpërdorimin e detyrës për Erion Veliajn e ka aty, siç e kishte edhe për Armando Subashin. Por për Erion Veliajn ka dhe provat e dokumenteve të “Meg Albania” gjetur në kompjuterin e Ajola Xoxës.

Nuk e merr nën akuzë Dritan Prençi. Mediat e inceneratorëve nuk e sulmojnë Dritan Prençin. Mediat e Erion Veliajt, të paguara nga vëllai i tij, nuk e sulmojnë Dritan Prençin. A nuk mjaftojnë këto për t’i thënë prokurorit të SPAK-ut, Dritan Prençi, se është një mercenar dhe shërbëtor i kryebashkiakut Erion Veliaj?

Meanwhile, his real colleagues, not Erioni, because maybe he wants this, but his real colleagues, the other SPAK prosecutors, face attacks, political accusations and beyond. It is enough to look at Berisha's behavior with Altin Dumani, with Arben Kraja, with Irena Gjoka.

It is enough to look at Erion Veliaj's behavior with Ols Dado. It is enough to look at Ilir Meta's behavior with Sotir Klapi. It is enough to look at the attacks on other prosecutors, Klodian Braho, Ened Nakuçi, Vladimir Mara.

While there are no attacks on Dritan Prençi from the incinerator media, the Rilindja media, or Erion Veliaj's media, even though Prençi holds himself out as a democrat and a big right-winger.

What connection Dritan Prençi has with the right wing, God knows. But one truth is great. He has become a mercenary of Mayor Erion Veliaj and we listed all the evidence above./ CNA
