Stop/"Go ahead, I tell you", daughter steals father's business

Thanas Gega, a citizen from Tirana, has gone to the editorial office of the show "Stop" on TV KLn to denounce his daughter Kristi Gega. According to him, in 2018, the latter forged his signature, making herself the administrator of the school that Thanas owned and then, with another document, donated the company's shares to herself, becoming the owner of the school.

Thanasi took the case to the prosecutor's office and the prosecution concluded that the firm belonged to Thanasi, despite the fact that the first-instance and appellate courts rejected the prosecutor's request to dismiss the case. Prosecutor Sajmir Hysaj continues to appeal the court decisions and does not investigate.

The Central Bank accepts donation contracts between parties of commercial companies that are not drawn up by a notary and according to expert Fatmir Laçej, this procedure should be changed as it creates room for abuse. Also, with the change of administrator and owner of the school at the Central Bank, the relationship for the building remains unregulated as there is no lease contract between the parties.

"Stop" goes to the school in question where Kristi Gega speaks on behalf of her father when it comes to registering students.

Citizen : Who are you? What is your position here?

Kristi Gega : Administrator!

Citizen : Administrator! They actually told me that I don't know, it's Thanas' school.

Kristi Gega : Yes, yes! I am the daughter!

Citizen : Ah, are you the daughter?

Kristi Gega : Yes, yes!

In the meeting with the "Stop" journalist, Kristi Gega says that the case is in court.

Journalist:  How are you? You are Kristi? I am Domenika, journalist for the show "Stop" on Tv Klan.

Kristi Gega : Good morning! Yes!

Journalist : I came here because your father went to the show "Stop" about donating quotas. He claims he didn't do it.

Kristi Gega:  I closed it in court.

The manner in which the quota donation was made and her position in this business is unclear as the school has another owner, her father, Thanas Gega.

Kristi Gega : Who are you, coming? You're going out now!

Journalist : I'll come out because I'm not interested in hanging out with you!

Kristi Gega : Go, keep going, I tell you!

Regarding this situation, lawyer Arben Llangozi states that in conditions where the recipient of the donation is ungrateful towards the donor, the latter can go to court with a civil lawsuit for the termination of the donation contract and everything will be returned to its place./ tvklan.al
