CNA has also been able to provide data that Arben Rakpi often appears in SPAK beyond being a "lawyer" or the head of the Magistrate's Office, since, although it does not appear anywhere in the papers to be a representative of any subject, he is the head of the Magistrate's school and he often plays the "lawyer" in his lunches with SPAK prosecutors, which are talked about quite a bit in Tirana, with his visits to SPAK, the institution, knocking on offices of this institution.

Ermir Beta is Arben Rakip's man, is his partner, is the administrator of his company.

Arben Rakipi, on the other hand, is seen in the corridors of SPAK, he is seen with the leaders of this institution, but Ermir Beta is Erion Veliaj's lawyer and Arben Rakipi is the man who maintains quite strong ties with SPAK.
