Arben Rakipi runs the School of Magistrates in open violation of the conflict of interest law.

The investigative show Plug denounced data showing that Arben Rakipi, although he is not allowed to run a private business, he and his family members founded a law firm in 2020.

But Arben Rakipi, together with his wife and son, are founders and owners of the law firm "Rakipi & Partners", founded in 2020, a period when Arben Rakipi was also running the school of Magistrates. Arben Rakipi's violation of the law and the regulation of the school of magistracy regarding the conflict of interest are not the only scandal.

The legal studio of the Rakipi family turns out to be the legal representative of Erion Veliaj, in front of SPAK prosecutors who have been investigating him for four criminal offenses for months.

This relationship is not accidental, where the law firm of the director of the school of Magistrates, offers the protection of the mayor of Tirana. The Plug show has previously denounced that Arben Rakipi was professionally engaged in the NGOs of Ajola Xoxa for the justice reform.

But not only staying in office under conditions of conflict of interest and in open violation of the law, but Arben Rakipi has turned the Magistrate's school into an institution for the employment of his family members.

According to verifications and denunciations in the media, Arben Rakipi has employed his contemporaries and his sister in the school of magistracy, where one is a lecturer and expert and the other head of department.

In the studio of Arben Rakip, there is a shareholder and former prosecutor Ermir Beta, who resigned from his position to escape the vetting, as well as Romina Zano, a lawyer who has been professionally engaged in the Open Society Foundation of George Soros.
