Shooting in Shkodra/ 2 people arrested

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Shkodra Police Commissariat, following the investigative and procedural actions carried out to clarify the circumstances of the conflict that occurred on the evening of 25.06.2026, in the "Tre Heronjtë" neighborhood, arrested the following citizens:   

 -NL, 63 years old and AF, 27 years old, both residents of the "Tre Heronjtë" neighborhood, Shkodër. 

The investigation suspects that citizens AF and NL (neighbors) had a conflict over weak motives and opened fire to threaten each other. As a result of the shooting, the gate of the courtyard of citizen NL's apartment and a vehicle parked in the courtyard were damaged.  

During the search of the apartment of citizen NL, the Police services found 1 Kalashnikov firearm, suspected of being used during the conflict, while during the search of the apartment of citizen AF, they found combat ammunition and 4 cans of suspected TNT explosives. 

Following procedural actions, citizen AF, 26 years old, resident of Shkodra, was declared wanted, as he is suspected of being present during the conflict, but did not report it. 

Work continues to capture him and fully document the legal circumstances of the case./ CNA
