I was provoked to address you with this public letter after I followed you when you passed through the SPAK gate to provide monitoring services for the justice institutions, etc., etc.

I am not dealing with the irregular, anti-protocol procedure you followed for the offer of the service you wanted to provide, after receiving the response from the SPAK information officer.
