Arlis Construction has reacted regarding the fire in the building built by the company itself.

Arlis Construction has expressed its full solidarity and sincere support for all residents affected by the recent event that affected the facility in the "Farmacia 10" area.

According to the company, the building was built in full compliance with the building permit approved by the relevant authorities, without any additional floors or deviations from the approved project, except for side arrangements such as verandas, which were also approved by the competent authorities.

All works were carried out respecting the highest construction and safety standards, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Furthermore, these works have been checked and certified by competent bodies, guaranteeing the fulfillment of all technical and legal requirements.

It is further emphasized that, despite not bearing any legal responsibility, the company "Arlis Ndërtim" shpk, as part of its social responsibility as a company, as well as its commitment to be close to the people who have trusted it and the affected residents, undertakes, at its own expense, the complete reconstruction of the facade of the building damaged by the fire, as well as the reconstruction of all damaged apartments, returning them to their original condition, i.e. in the same conditions that the residents received the apartment with the keys in hand at the time of delivery.

The company "Arlis Ndërtim" shpk expresses its full solidarity and sincere support for all residents affected by the recent event that affected the facility in the "Farmacia 10" area.

In these difficult moments, we stand by every affected family and share the concern for the consequences caused.

In the interest of transparency with the public, we would like to clarify that the building was built in full compliance with the building permit approved by the relevant authorities, without any additional floors or deviations from the approved project, except for side arrangements such as verandas, which were also approved by the competent authorities. All works were carried out respecting the highest standards of construction and safety, in accordance with the legislation in force. Furthermore, these works have been controlled and certified by the competent authorities, guaranteeing the fulfillment of all technical and legal requirements.

We would also like to emphasize that for all facade works for the building in question, the company has entered into respective agreements with commercial companies registered with the National Business Center, who have committed and undertaken to perform the services provided and contracted with full legal responsibility.

In any case, the company "Arlis Ndërtim" shpk has requested, before signing the contract, and possesses all the certifications of the materials according to European standards and applicable legislation, which have been made available by the contractors who carried out these works.

The facility in question has undergone approval, certification, and all legal procedures since 2021, delivering it accurately and regularly to the residents, in full compliance with the procedures and legal acts in force, which confirms that the company "Arlis Ndërtim" shpk has fulfilled all its contractual and legal obligations.

However, the company "Arlis Ndërtim" shpk, despite not bearing any legal responsibility, but within the framework of its social responsibility as a company, as well as its commitment to be close to the people who have trusted it and the affected residents, undertakes, at its own expense, the complete reconstruction of the facade of the building damaged by the fire, as well as the reconstruction of all damaged apartments, returning them to their original condition, i.e. in the same conditions that the residents received the apartment with the keys in hand at the moment of delivery. This commitment aims to contribute to the fastest possible return to normal living conditions and to minimizing the consequences of this event.

The company "Arlis Ndërtim" shpk remains open to cooperation with relevant institutions and expert groups to clarify every circumstance of the event and to guarantee full transparency towards those affected, law enforcement institutions and the public. At the same time, we reiterate our continued commitment to build with quality, safety and responsibility.
