The deputy of the Democratic Party, Ina Zhupa, has denounced in the Assembly abuses of funds for start-ups by the minister Edona Bilali.

Zhupa said from the floor of the Assembly that the public money intended for the youth has been distributed to friends and comrades of the Socialist Party.
