The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has seized 22 millio...
The Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, has excluded MP Flamur Noka from the plenary session.
Nikolla took this decision after Noka blocked the pulpit for about half an hour, protesting the exclusion of him and several other MPs from the DP parliamentary group.
Despite occasional calls and warnings, the MP has refused to leave the pulpit.
He also caused noise by slapping the pulpit, while Minister Frida Krifca was giving a speech.
"You are excluded from today's parliamentary session. You cannot continue with this uncivil and unethical behavior," she said./ BA - CNA.al
