Edi Rama's charter trips/ DP submits the request for the establishment of

36 Deputies of the Assembly of Albania submitted to the Assembly the request for the establishment of the Investigative Commission "For the verification of the legality of the expenses of air travel abroad of the Prime Minister in office, from 10.09.2013 to 31.10.2022".

Në kërkesë theksohet se faktet e publikuara janë tronditëse. " Kryeministri rezulton të ketë udhëtuar 137 herë jashtë shtetit me avion privat të tipit "charter", pa llogaritur udhëtimet e tjera me avion të linjave të zakonshme me intervale 3-4 ditore njëri nga tjetri. Rezulton se edhe gjatë krizës së pandemisë Covid-19, Kryeministri ka kryer rreth 20 udhëtime me avion "charter". Shifra e 137 udhëtimeve "charter" është dy herë më shumë se numri i udhëtimeve të ish-Presidenti amerikan Xhorxh W. BUSH, i cili, në dy mandate, kishte kryer 74 fluturime me avionin presidencial amerikan "Air Force One".
