The member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Jozefina Topalli, has reacted to the tensions in the Assembly that started due to the exclusion of several deputies from the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party.

Through a status on social networks, Topalli says that it has never happened before that the Speaker of the Assembly designates who is a parliamentary group and who is not.

She emphasizes that the intervention of the majority to silence the opposition is the most anti-democratic thing, as she claims that it aims to kill the opposition.

Kurrë nuk ka ndodhur që Kryetari i Kuvendit të caktojë se kush është grup parlamentar e kush jo; kush është në grup parlamentar e kush jo; kush është me PD e kush nuk është.

Kush deputet duhet të flasë e kush jo;

Seancën parlamentare e drejton vetëm Rregullorja e Kuvendit. E rregullorja ka të qartë si dhe Kushtetuta se mazhoranca nuk cakton opozitën.

E ka të qartë se një deputet është i pavarur kur ai ka dëshirë të jetë i pavarur, e jo kur do Kryeministri apo shërbëtorët e tij .
