The member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Gent Strazimiri, spoke about the theft of TIMS system data.

In an interview, Strazimiri stated that the state is at the service of crime and the serious fact is that police officers are also involved in this crime.

I think that this case shows us not only that this is a criminalized state, but it shows us the degree of capillarization of crime in the most sensitive and guarded corners of this state. We are the only country in the world that has had a law called the decriminalization law in force for 8 years.

We needed to be decriminalized, it is the year 2014-2015 when we had 21 MPs criminalized in the parliament, all part of the majority nominated by him.

At that time I was one of the writers of the law, as well as of the seekers and defenders of the law, and I remember that no similar law in the whole globe did to fatten the situation in which we find ourselves. Why? Because every law is made to maintain the pressure that comes from below and what happened in our case is that we did not have a pressure from below, the pressure was all from above.
