Among those being prosecuted for the sterilization concession and being investigated for other health PPPs are professionals who, until today, had enjoyed an unblemished name and reputation. These people are known as model officials who have been, not for years, but for decades, among the pillars of Albanian health.

Since I have not communicated and received permission from them, for ethical reasons I cannot mention their names.

Sot këta zyrtarë ndodhen nën hetim, ndjekje penale, etj., por unë jam i sigurt (dhe sikundër unë, edhe shumë të tjerë), se ata nuk kanë pasur ndonjë përfitim qoftë direkt, qoftë indirekt nga koncesioni i sterilizimit.

Por a duheshin hetuar dhe dërguar para gjykatësve zyrtarët e sipërpërmendur?

Për shkak se firmat e tyre janë në dokumentet e koncesionarëve, pa mëdyshje që ata duhet hetuar. Duke ia njohur korrektesën dhe bindjen ndaj ligjit, ata me siguri ose do të dalin të pafajshëm, ose do të rezultojnë ndër personat që kanë bërë shkeljet më të pakta.

Por është e papranueshme që pas profesionistëve të tillë, të fshihen Ramat dhe Beqajt! Nëse ndotet pas një karriere dhjetëra vjeçare një emër i nderuar, kjo ka vetëm një shpjegim:

Makutëria e rilindësve, e frymëzuar direkt nga Rama dhe një enturazh i vogël bashkëhajdutësh të cilët tek PPP-të zbuluan mënyrën për të vjedhur dhe abuzuar "me shumicë"; zbuluan se si mund të vidhen "me një dorë" të vetme dhjetëra apo qindra milionë euro!

Ajo që deklaronte publikisht një prej bashkëpunëtorëve më të afërt të Ramës, se me ardhjen në pushtet "Rilindja do të vidhte me lezet", u bë realitet me PPP-të, të cilat u kthyen në skema abuzimi dhe hajdutërie të paprecedent.

Zotërinj të SPAK!

Ju paguheni nga taksat e shqiptarëve 6 mijë euro në muaj dhe keni përfitime që bashkëqytetarët tuaj nuk i shohin as në ëndërr!

Mos abuzoni me besimin që ju është dhënë! Të gjithë shqiptarët e dinë se nuk mund të dënohen çirakët para ustallarëve!

Vendosni para përgjegjësisë penale, në radhë të parë, Edi Ramën dhe Ilir Beqen! Ata duhet të përgjigjen si frymëzues, ideues dhe zbatues të vjedhjeve më makabre që kanë ndodhur ndonjëherë në shtetin shqiptar!

Kolegë që sot po jepni llogari para ligjit!

Thënia e denjë për antologji se "gëlltit diku gabimisht një lugë çorbë të prishur dhe vjell pastaj gjithë jetën" është më se e vërtetë!

Pavarësisht nga shkeljet që keni bërë, nuk është vonë të pendoheni! Ish-padrinot tuaj po përdorin gjithë makinerinë e tyre të poshtër propagandistike për t'ju përbaltur keq e më keq, për t'ju fundosur thellë e më thellë!

Pendimi juaj do të ishte shërbimi më i mirë që mund t'i bëni sot shoqërisë shqiptare dhe një kompensim për dëmet që me ose pa qëllim i keni shkaktuar asaj.

Mos u bëni mburojë për hajdutët, por denoncojini ata!
