Verification of Irena Gjoka/Kelliçi: The difference between criticism

DP MP Belind Këlliçi has reacted to the statement of the General Prosecutor's Office, which has completed the verification of Irena Gjoka and sent the results to the Supreme Court of Kosovo.

The MP states that today citizens have the opportunity to see the difference between factual positions against illegality and the obstruction of justice.

Këlliçi underlines that the DP's right to serve the public interest and justice was once again confirmed, unlike Irena Gjoka's defenders, who served lawlessness and Prime Minister Edi Rama.

The General Prosecutor's Office today confirmed as correct the criticisms (often considered extremely harsh) of the DP in several cases against specific acts of the new justice institutions.

Today, citizens have the opportunity to see the difference between the factual stances against illegality, held by the DP and its leadership, and the blocking, obstruction, and attack on justice to protect affairs and power, these stances by the SP and its leadership, Edi Rama.

The DP has declared that Irena Gjoka, the judge who led the punitive campaign against the opposition leader, hid the sentence, and therefore lied on the decriminalization form. A serious violation for which she should not have been there at all, let alone made decisions.

This denunciation was officially proven true, albeit belatedly.
