The Constitutional Court dismissed today the opposition's request for the suspension of the arrest of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha. According to the decision of the court, the deputies are not legitimized to turn to the court, as they are not subject to the conflict. 

Lisandre Hoxha, a member of the National Council of the DP, also spoke about this decision.
