Gjykata rrëzoi bashkinë për shembjen e pallatit te Myslym Keta/ Këlliçi: Veliaj bëri atë që nuk bëri tërmeti

Ish-deputeti dhe anëtari i Kryesisë së PD-së, Belind Këlliçi ka reaguar në lidhje me vendimin e Gjykatës Administrative në Tiranë, e cila ka rrëzuar vendimin e Këshillit Bashkiak për shembjen e pallatit në rrugën “Myslym Keta”.

Këlliçi në reagimin e tij kujton se banorët zbuluan shkelje të procedurave në aktin e ekspertimit dhe ndërmorën një ekspertim të pavarur, ku dëmet e tërmetit nuk justifikonin shembjen e pallatit të tyre.

Ish-deputeti në postimin e tij shkruan se kryebashkiaku Erion Veliaj bëri atë që nuk bëri tërmeti.

Ndërsa nuk mungon dhe thirrja për SPAK.

“Më i keq se tërmeti.

Vendimi i sotëm i Gjykatës Administrative nxjerr bllof Erion Veliajn. Vendimi i Këshillit Bashkiak të kaluar për shembjen e pallatit 183/1 në rrugën “Myslym Keta” rrëzohet me vendim gjykate. 

Banorët zbuluan shkelje të procedurave në aktin e ekspertimit dhe ndërmorën një ekspertim të pavarur, ku dëmet e tërmetit nuk justifikonin shembjen e pallatit të tyre.

Veliaj bëri atë që çka nuk bëri tërmeti. Gjykata e rrëzon. Atëherë çfarë pret SPAK? Heshtja i kompromenton rëndë”, shkruan Këlliçi./ CNA
