Former Minister of Justice Ylli Manjani reacted after the rejection of the opposition's request by the Constitutional Court for the suspension of the arrest of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

According to the Court's decision, the deputies are not legitimate to address the court, as they are not subject to the conflict. 

According to him, this rejecting behavior of the Constitutional Court, which refuses to do its duty, is not written or implied in any line of the Constitution.

He also makes a comparison between this request and the previous request of the opposition MPs for the Rama-Meloni agreement, where the Constitutional Court accepted the request.

28 PD MPs had no direct interest, because no competence was taken from them when the Parliament was ratifying the Rama-Meloni agreement, the Constitutional Court accepts their request.
