Former minister Aldo Bumçi has reacted to the decision of the Constitutional Court, which overturned the request of the opposition MPs to suspend the arrest of former prime minister Sali Berisha.

Invited to the show "Debate", Bumçi stated that he was surprised by the degradation to this extent where the institution annihilates itself. With this decision, the Court has overturned the Constitution of the Republic of Albania.
