Veliaj seeks political refuge in Balla

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha in a reaction on social networks writes that Erion Veliaj is seeking political refuge with Taulant Balla.

Berisha emphasizes that today an agreement was made between the State Police of the Republic of Albania and the Police of the Municipality of Tirana to secure Veliaj from popular anger.

According to Berisha, the agreement was made urgent because yesterday there were sure signs that the state police were ready to take off their hats and join the demonstrators.

"Dear friends, today the Albanians were informed by Veliaj and Balla in a joint press conference about the most unheard of agreement in 32 years, if not in the entire history of the Albanian state.

The agreement between the Police of the State of the Republic of Albania and the Police of the Municipality of Tirana or the most stolen municipality in the world to secure the mind of Velia from the popular anger that has erupted against him after the discovery of the scheme of theft of 100% of money in public procurements by Veliaj with 12 thieves.

The deal was made urgent because yesterday there were sure signs that the state police were ready to take off their hats and join the demonstrators.
