Trapped in the "Canyon of Langarica" ​​/ 23 German, Polish and French tourists are rescued

23 German, Polish and French tourists who were trapped in the "Langarica Canyon" were rescued by the police.

CNA was the first to report on the difficult situation in which the tourists found themselves.

They were exploring nature on foot but were stranded due to the increase in the water level in the Langarica river, due to the rainfall.   

Upon receiving the notification, the police forces together with the fire services went to the scene.

After several hours of searching, 23 German, Polish, and French tourists were found.

They were escorted to Përmet and were provided with the necessary medical assistance, and are currently in good health.

They have thanked the Police services, for the humanity and for the help they were offered./ CNA
