Arrera with the Fier incinerator/ GJKKO declares 3 persons innocent (NAMES)

On Monday, the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime gave the verdict for the persons accused of being related to the Fier incinerator. 

Of the 15 accused persons, 3 of them have been declared innocent by the court, which are: Albert Dervishi, Arjola Kodra and Juri Imeraj.

Meanwhile, the former Minister of the Environment, Lefter Koka, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison by GJKKO for the Fier incinerator affair, but with a shortened trial he will serve 6.8 years in prison.

The former MP of the SP, Alqi Blako, was sentenced to 4 years in prison, but with a shortened trial he will serve 2.8 years in prison.

Meanwhile, Klodian Zoto was sentenced to 11 years in prison, but with a shortened trial he will be sentenced to 8 years in prison.
