CNA sources say that Kuqo was caught in his apartment this weekend.
Police sources say that they had information that he would return to his parents' apartment to meet him, and they guarded the apartment for three days with infiltrated agents.
His arrest was made at 4 am this Sunday when he entered the apartment.
During the arrest and search, neither a weapon nor anything else illegal was found.
The Supreme Court sentenced Kuqo to 7 years and 3 months of imprisonment, of which he has 3 years and 3 months left to serve.
On 25.04.2017, the 41-year-old, after conflicts for weak motives with 3 citizens, planned to kill them.
The timely intervention of the Police prevented the serious event, which was planned to take place in the premises of a bar. As material evidence, at that time, 1 Kalashnikov assault rifle, 1 vehicle and 1 hood (mask), owned by citizen Lorenc Kuqo, were seized./ CNA
