The Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Ilirjan Celibashi, in a statement to the media spoke about the election process in Kukës.
Celibashi said that all suspicious cases will be verified.
According to him, there has been improvement regarding the development of a fair and honest voting process.
"Whether in the May 14 elections or now, there is progress for the civil process and for a fair and honest process. There are problems, if they are related to the behavior of the government, we must address them. For every problem we must present facts and stay away from theory.
