The 82nd Cycling Tour of Albania starts today, divided into 5 stages.

As part of this tour, the police have announced the plan of measures and the routes that they are asking people to avoid, on the relevant dates and times.

State Police, plan of measures for the smooth running of the 82nd cycling tour of Albania, which takes place in 5 stages, in several cities of the country. 

 

For the smooth running of this activity, we ask for the understanding and cooperation of citizens to avoid passing through the streets where this activity will take place, on the dates and times as follows:

 

FIRST STAGE/Date 26.05.2025

“Zogu i Parë” Street, Tirana - Durrës Street, from 11:30 to 12:30 

"Durrës-Tirana" highway to Kashar, from 11:30 to 12:20

"Kashar - Thumanë" highway, from 12:00 to 12:45

Thumanë – Milot, from 12:30 to 13:10

Milot – Rrëshen Street, from 12:50 to 13:45

Rrëshen – Milot Road, from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM

Milot – Lezhë Road, from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM

Lezhë – Shkodër road, from 14:45 to 15:30

From "Balshaj" square on the "Zogu i Parë" road to Parrucë, Shkodër, from 3:10 PM to 3:45 PM.

 

SECOND STAGE/Date 27.05.2025.

“Zogu i Parë” Street to the Shkodra exit, from 11:40 to 12:15

Shkodër – Balldre road, from 12:00 to 12:45

Balldre – Thumanë Street, from 12:15 to 13:30

Thumanë – Maminas Street, from 1:00 PM to 2:15 PM

Maminas – Durrës Highway, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Durrës – Rrogozhinë highway, from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM

Rrogozhinë – Elbasan Road, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Bradashesh - Elbasan city ring road, from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

 

THIRD STAGE/Date 28.05.2025

The road from the Elbasan Castle – Flower Road – Bradashesh, from 11:30 to 12:10

Baradasheshi Street - Cerrik Bridge, from 11:45 to 12:30

 

Cerrik Bridge - Belshi turn, from 12:00 to 12:30

Belshi Turn – Kuçovë, from 12:15 to 13:30

Kuçovë – Poshnje Street, from 1:10 PM to 1:30 PM

Poshnje Street – Saver, from 1:15 PM to 2:30 PM

Saver-Fier Street (VIVA overpass), from 2:10 PM to 2:40 PM

Fier Ring Road to Levan, from 14:15 to 15:20

Levan – Vlora Highway, from 15:00 to 15:50

Pusi i Mezini, new street, until the clock, from 15:35 to 16:00.

 

FOURTH STAGE/ Date 29.05.2025

Main Boulevard - Pusi Mezinit, from 11:40 to 12:20

Pusi i Mezin – Peshkepi, from 12:00 to 12:30

Peshkepi – Kuç Street, from 12:00 to 13:45

Kuç Road – Qeparo, from 1:30 PM to 2:10 PM

Qeparo - Himara road, from 13:40 to 14:25

Himara-Dhermi road, from 2:00 PM to 3:10 PM

Dhërmi – Orikum road, from 2:45 PM to 3:30 PM

Orikum - Vlora Road, from 3:10 PM to 4:00 PM.

 

FIFTH STAGE/Date 30.05.2025.

Main Boulevard - Pus i Mezini, from 09:30 to 10:20

Vlora - Fier Highway - Fier Ring Road, from 10:00 to 11:15

Fier – Saver Street, from 10:05 to 12:00

Saver - departure to Levan, from 11:45 to 13:00
