Forbes' suggestion: Buy a house in Vlora for less than $100,000

The prestigious magazine 'Forbes' has ranked Vlora as the first place in a list of European destinations, in which it is worth investing by buying a house. Forbes has chosen Vlora, a coastal and port city, part of a list of 5 cities from across the continent, where anyone can choose a property for less than 100 thousand dollars.

Forbes writes that property prices in North America continue to rise, while parts of Europe are offering habitable and affordable homes for purchase at a fairly good cost.  

According to Forbes, Albania has long been a popular low-cost beach destination for European vacationers.

The American magazine emphasizes that it is easy to understand the attraction of Albania's destinations, which boasts a vibrant capital, rugged mountainous landscapes and a stunning coastline along the Adriatic and Ionian Seas of the Mediterranean.
