Taxes monitor the Beer Festival

For 5 nights in a row, August 17-21, the city of Korça will hold the Beer Festival, the biggest summer party that will be accompanied by a fantastic atmosphere, welcoming thousands of citizens and tourists.

The General Directorate of Taxes in cooperation with the Municipality of Korça informs the Albanian citizens that it has taken all the necessary measures to guarantee the implementation of tax procedures in order to ensure the success of the "Beer Festival", which is taking place in the city of Korça.

Në zbatim të planit operacionit, Administrata Tatimore ka ndërmarrë një plan të detajuar masash, ku një prej të cilave është angazhimi në terren i grupeve të punës, me qëllim monitorimin dhe ndërgjegjësimin e subjekteve për vetëdeklarimin e xhiros reale.

Administrata Tatimore sqaron se subjektet kanë vetëdeklaruar me fatura tatimore të gjitha blerjet për produktet gjendje, për të cilat subjektet kanë para shitur me faturë tatimore të gjithë sasinë e produktit gjendje për ti paraprirë fluksit të lartë të qytetarëve shqiptarë dhe turistëve të huaj, pjesëmarrës në “Festën e Birrës”, me qëllim shërbimin e qytetarëve në zbatim të legjislacionit tatimor në fuqi dhe pa penguar festën.

The Tax Administration informs that it will continue to monitor the implementation of legal procedures by the entities participating in the "Beer Festival" by documenting each turnover through the acts of ascertainment and special records.

DPT warns that in cases of ascertaining violations of the tax legislation, it will undertake the corresponding penalties, in accordance with the evidenced violations./ CNA.al
