SPAK përfundon hetimet për koncesionin e sterilizimit

SPAK

SPAK përfundon hetimet për koncesionin e sterilizimit. Prokuroria e Posaçme po u komunikon akuzat 8 të pandehurve që akuzohen për abuzime me këtë koncesion. 

8 të pandehurit janë: Saimir Kadiu, Marsela Serjanaj, Arben Gjata, Naile Ajazi, Genc Byrazeri, Petro Mersini, Klodian Rjepaj dhe Ilir Rrapaj.

Raportohet se ish-ministrit të Shëndetësisë Ilir Beqajt do i komunikohet akuza të hënën.

Pas kallëzimit të bërë nga “Nisma Thurje” në dhjetor të vitit 2019, Prokuroria e Posaçme ka ngritur akuza ndaj 8 personave, si të përfshirë për veprat penale “falsifikim i dokumenteve”, “mashtrim” dhe “shpërdorim detyre”.

Pas hetimeve gjykata ka dhënë masat “arrest me burg” për ish-zv.ministrin e Shëndetësisë, Klodian Rjepaj dhe biznesmenin Ilir Rrapaj. Ky i fundit akuzohet për mashtrim. 

Ndërsa, Rjepaj akuzohet për “mashtrim”, “falsifikim i dokumenteve” dhe “shpërdorim detyre”./CNA
