SPAK checks in the apartment/ Evis Berberi resigns as the head of ARRSH

After SPAK and BKH checks in his apartments, the head of ARRSH Ervis Berberi has resigned from his post.

CNA reported a few weeks ago that the Special Prosecutor's Office has launched investigations following suspicions of violations of equality in tenders at the institution of the Albanian Road Authority. 

BKH investigators carried out inspections in the apartment of the head of the ARRSH and found 13,000 euros and 3,000 pounds in the apartment of the senior official. 

In the meantime, BKH investigators have seized Evis Berber's phone as well. 

The investigations are being followed by the prosecutor of SPAK, Dritan Prençi.

There is still no official announcement from SPAK regarding these investigations. /CNA
