Prefektja e Qarkut të Fierit, Rajmonda Balilaj, nuk është paraqitur sot në Gjykatën e Posaçme në seancën për verifikimin e masës së sigurisë, pezullim nga detyra.

Prokuroria e Posaçme heton Balilajn për veprën penale të shkeljes së barazisë në tenderë e kryer në bashkëpunim në dy raste, dhe falsifikim dokumentesh në kohën kur ushtronte detyrën e kryebashkiakes së Patosit.

Raportohet se Balilaj nuk është paraqitur sot në SPAK, pasi ndodhet në SHBA dhe nuk mund të marrë pjesë në seancë ku pritet të caktohet një datë tjetër për zyrtaren.

Balilaj është nën hetim pasi gjatë kohës që ishte në krye të Bashkisë Patos paracaktoi kompaninë "Genti 001'  fituese para se të zhvillohej tenderi, duke kryer kështu shkelje të barazisë në tenderë./CNA
