The Special Prosecutor's Office has clarified the charges against the former head of the ARRSH, Evis Berberi.

According to the official announcement by SPAK, Berberi is accused of committing the criminal offenses "Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions", "Cleaning the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", carried out in collaboration, provided for by articles 259, 287/ 2 of the Criminal Code.

Also, the investigation has shown that the company "D....sh.pk, indirectly owned by Berber, has benefited from income through transactions from the company of citizen VB "N....Group" sh.pk, in the amount of 223,480,476 (two hundred twenty-three million four hundred and eighty thousand four hundred and seventy-six) Lek, with VAT. / CNA
