Të dënuarit në burgun e Drenovës peticion Çuçit dhe Bardhit/ Kërkojnë miratimin e ligjit për Aministinë

Të dënuarit e burgut të Drenovës kanë nënshkruar një peticion duke e dërguar atë në adresë të Bledi Çuçit dhe Gazmend Bardhit.

Një pjesë e të dënuarve, të cilët vuajnë dënimin për vepra penale deri në 10 vjet, kërkojnë që të merren parasysh për të përfituar amnistinë penale.

Në shkresën e siguruar, thuhet se ata janë të dënuar nga GJKKO dhe kanë vuajtur pjesën më të madhe të dënimit.

Veprat penale janë për "trafik narkotikësh", "kultivim i bimëve narkotike", "ndihmë kalim të paligjshëm të kufijve", "pastrim parash", ndërsa në peticion kanë shkruar edhe emrat e disa prej të dënuarve për këto vepra penale. Të njëjtat vepra sipas tyre përfitojnë nga amnistia, por që nuk janë dënuar nga GJKKO.

Të dënuarit thonë se kanë të drejtë të përfitojnë lirimin me kusht, ndërsa shprehen se e kanë të vështirë ta fitojnë për shkak të paragjykimit që u bëhet nga gjykatat.

Ky peticion përfshin rreth 50 të burgosur që vuajnë dënimin në burgun e Drenovës, ndërsa është i dyti pas të dënuarve në burgun e Reçit./ CNA
