The Special Prosecution Office has closed the investigations and has requested the Special Court to dismiss the case against the former head of the Public Prosecutor's Office, Jonaid Myzyrin.
He was indicted by SPAK for the criminal offense of violating equality in public tenders or auctions, committed in collaboration.
Myzyri was investigated in connection with a tender procedure worth around 2.2 million euros, conducted in 2020 for the maintenance of the Rrëshen-Shpal, Shpal-Qafë Bene-Hadroj and Shpal-Ura e Repsit road segments, with a total length of around 59 kilometers.
He had previously been suspended from duty by decision of the Special Court. /CNA
