SPAK gives the claim for Erion Veliaj's associates

The Special Prosecution Office has filed a claim for the 7 associates of Erion Veliaj for whom the summary trial procedure is underway.

More specifically, SPAK has requested 8 months in prison for businessman Fatmir Bektashi, a sentence which has been suspended and converted into work of public interest.

For Ina Goxhaj, SPAK has requested 4.8 years in prison, converted to probation for 5 years. For Veliaj's friend, Elman Abule, SPAK has requested 4.8 years. For FB, SPAK has requested 8 months in prison. For Adela Kondakçi, 4 years and 8 months in prison have been requested, she is exempt from punishment because she is a collaborator of justice.

A fine of 600 thousand lek was requested for MP Klotilda Bushka, and a final fine of 400 thousand lek is requested. A fine of 400 thousand lek was requested for F. Xh. SPAK has requested 3.4 years in prison and indefinite probation for the former prison officer FB.
