The recent actions of the SPAK, the investigations against many ministers and former ministers, high officials, have caused Prime Minister Rama to turn on the red light.

It is extremely alarmed and CNA has learned that the prime minister has already prepared a complete scenario to attack SPAK.

Although the prime minister has often said that he is the standard-bearer and the man who made the Reform in Justice, now he seems quite scared.

CNA yesterday reported that in the last two meetings, in the government meeting on Wednesday and in the one with the General Directors of the agencies and the General Secretaries of the Ministries on Tuesday, Prime Minister Rama had said "close the door to SPAK, do not give documents, do not submit to them and they must notify you 3 days in advance, procedures, technicalities and others like this".

But CNA has learned that Rama's fight with SPAK did not start for the last two days.

The instructions were given through the mouth of Lindita Nikolla in the meeting that the prime minister held in Shengjin with his ministers and some of the political leaders such as the case of Erion Veliaj or Blendi Çuçi and Blendi Klosi.

Through the mouth of Lindita Nikolla in Shengjin, the demand that the parliament should control SPAK, a way to put a brake on SPAK was articulated.

Of course, the socialist-majority parliament is the main instrument of the acting prime minister, Mr. Rama, and is using the latter perhaps to find a solution for SPAK to stop in its battle against corruption and in the accusations and investigations that are being developed against ministers or former ministers.

Lindita Nikolla has emphasized that a parliamentary control over SPAK and other independent institutions is definitely needed.

This is what Lindita Nikolla requested in Shengjin and it seems that the prime minister has begun to articulate it himself in the last two cases, which CNA has reported as exclusive news and from official sources within these meetings where the prime minister has appeared quite tense. / CNA
