In the European Commission's report on Albania, which discusses the rule of law and the justice system, a draft signed on June 9 of this year, one of the most striking points is the School of Magistrates, headed by Arben Rakipi.

The draft report highlights the fact that magistrates who have resigned during the vetting process and are prohibited from exercising high judicial functions are free to take up training staff positions at the School of Magistrates.

According to the EC draft report, this continues to be a major shortcoming.

The scenario is simple.
