Socialist MP Plarent Ndreca spoke after leaving SPAK.
Asked why he was summoned, Ndreca said it has nothing to do with the tender issue for which he is under investigation, nor with the issue of Mayor Veliaj.
Ndreca further said that he was called as a person who has knowledge of the matter, but he cannot say more as the matter is still under investigation.
" I was summoned for the circumstances of an investigation. It is a matter under investigation, I am in the capacity of the person who has knowledge of this. It has nothing to do with the tender. It is not allowed because I would have liked to say it. It has to do with third parties, not with me, " said Ndreca./ CNA
