Prosecutor Olsjan Çela: Justice systems are on the right track with the

Prosecutor General Olsjan Çela, in his speech at the Western Balkans Prosecutors' Forum, stated that the justice systems in Albania are on the right track with the harmonization of EU standards.

Çela said that the Memorandum of Understanding that will be signed today with Montenegro is a long-term cooperation and will have positive effects on the regional level.

"We have established stable channels for the exchange of information. It has helped us to identify problems and find solutions. Misunderstandings have been avoided and trust has increased. We have strong institutions that work together. Drug trafficking continues to pose a threat to the Western Balkans. Our efforts to fight crime are on track.

Technological developments have increased the capacity for operations development.

The future of the project looks promising, but progress depends on the will of the countries.
