Plarent Ndreca appears again in SPAK

SP MP Plarent Ndreca appeared before SPAK today.

Plarent Ndreca has been indicted by SPAK on charges of violating equality in tenders.

Investigations were conducted into the tender for the reconstruction of the police stations of Vlora, Mirdita, Pogradec and Tirana.

Ndreca committed the violations while he was in office as Secretary General at the Ministry of Interior.

The report to SPAK was made by the Supreme State Audit, which suspects that officials have allowed inconsistencies and legal deviations in the competition for intervention in the Vlora, Mirdita, Pogradec and Police Stations No. 4 in Tirana.

According to the KLSH, during the audit, inconsistencies and legal deviations were found, as a result of violations of legal provisions in public procurement procedures, which have violated the equality of tender participants./ CNA
