Prime Minister Edi Rama conducted an inspection of the Librazhd–Prrenjas segment of Road Corridor 8, to assess the progress of the works and the condition of the infrastructure.

Rama said that the whole fuss about the road demolition was a great manipulation and perversion.

"All the big mess that the road collapsed from the works is a big manipulation, a big perversion. Here we are on the new axis. The new axes are the ones that pass here."
