On Sunday, the Court of Tirana ordered the measure "obligation to appear" for the journalist Ervis Hasanaga and the former employee of AMP, Regina Omeri, who are accused of computer forgery.

They were arrested a few days ago, after denigrating the figures of high officials of the State Police through a portal. 

In their testimonies before the investigators, they stated that the news was sent to them by Kushtrim Selimi, who is the head of the sector in the General Directorate of the Police Supervision Agency.

"I published news that was brought to me", Ervis Hasanaga is said to have said. 

While Omer said: "Kushtrim Selimi gave me the news. Fake news was published that Selimi had a grudge against the leaders of the police and AMP".

She further indicated that she sent the news to the journalist for publication on the portal.

Kushtrim Selimi is wanted by the authorities. /CNA
