The former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, has commented on the scheme of the majority for the establishment of the special commission that aims to appeal the institutions.

In an interview, Manjani emphasized that the Parliament of Albania is making secret laws and these will be legalized by the "Xhafaj" commission.

According to the former minister, for these and many other things, Albania is not on the path of Europe.

"Which Europe will we knock on?" The fact that the Parliament of Albania thinks of making secret laws, they share them with foreign experts and nobody knows anything. And now these laws that will be submitted to the 'Xhafa' commission will legalize them. In which European country do these things happen?

For all these reasons and others that we are not mentioning, we are not on the path of Europe and this is unfortunately true. The opposition today, for several years now, at least since 2017, has been considered simply a facade, due to the numbers in the parliament, due to the monist political approach that the Albanian state has today, the opposition has simply been considered an appendage that so to speak, we have an opposition.

It is the same situation as yesterday and today.

If we add here the divisive actions in the ranks of the opposition, they have significantly weakened the role of the opposition and this has made it so that no matter how wise there are in the ranks of the opposition, it continues to be a facade, this is the truth.

Until some time ago, they worked with Lulzim Basha's group to ensure consensus, now they work with Gazment Bardhi's group and ignore the PD, which is the party that won the elections at the end of the day.

Not only do they ignore him, but they also put him in the vortex, he did not receive the stamp, the decision was not given. So, for a banal administrative action, this issue has been around for two years," said Manjani./ CNA
