The Rape of the Morning/ Chamber of Advocacy: Regret for the lack of presence of judges and prosecutors
The Bar Association of Albania has reacted again to the vi...

Analyst Lutfi Dervishi considers it unacceptable and incomprehensible how KLP and KLGJ have not reacted to the attack on lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi.
Dervishi, through a comment on social networks, Dervishi writes that with this action it seems that the governance of the judiciary and the prosecution consider the lawyer as a man who works for the enemy.
"The National Chamber of Advocates has regrettably noted today the lack of a position by the body of judges and prosecutors regarding the criminal act against the lecturer and lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi.
It is completely incomprehensible that KLP and KLJ have not reacted to the criminal act against the lawyer.
Apparently, the administration of the judge and the Prosecutor's Office consider the lawyer as a person who works for the enemy.
Where should the roots of this wonder be sought?
We are the only country in the East that removed the Ministry of Justice, we banned advocacy, we also banned religion.
A reminder for judges: The lawyer and the prosecutor are equal parties in the process. The judge gives the right to one or the other! Or is the judge against the lawyer?
Without lawyers, there can be punishment, but not justice", writes the analyst./CNA
