The Chamber of Advocacy in Durrës makes the decision/Boycotts all court

After exhausting all possibilities for solving the problem of leaving lawyers outside the premises of the Duna First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction, as well as the extraordinary meeting of the members of the Durrës Bar Association, the Presidency of the Chamber and the Steering Committee, the Durrës Bar Association has received the decision to boycott all civil and criminal court sessions.

Initially, the boycott will last until June 7.

After exhausting all possibilities for solving the problem of leaving lawyers outside the premises of the Duna First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction, as well as the extraordinary meeting of the members of the Durrës Bar Association, the Presidency of the Chamber and the Steering Committee, the Durrës Bar Association has received the decision to:

'...Boycotting all civil and criminal court hearings'.

Exceptions to this boycott include only court hearings for security measures, their replacement and extinguishment. This decision is effective for the dates 03.06.2024-07.06.2024, during or after which the chamber will issue a new decision.

We clarify that all the lawyers who will be found to have participated in the court hearings for which this decision has been boycotted, the Disciplinary Committee will start administrative proceedings against them.
