Journalist Aida Topalli has reacted after the insults that deputy commissioner Anisa Kostani made today to the media, as according to her they were "encouraging" the work of the police of this city.
In a post on social networks, Topalli has published the State Police Regulation, where it is clear that Kostani has broken Article 116, Chapter III, by insulting and expressing personal opinion on social networks.
"The State Police has spokespersons in its structure, and they are the ones who, through official announcements, send information or evaluate or express any possible dissatisfaction with the reactions that are made in the media, or in social networks by journalists and not only.
Anisa Kostani broke a basic rule today, expressed a personal opinion on her social network. Thought in which, there was discrimination and insult. Twice violation.
